The Cornea Day attendee fee includes badge, printed program, breakfast, lunch, refreshments breaks, and admission to all sessions.

• Cornea Physician/PhD: ASCRS/Cornea Society Member: MD, PhD, or DO who is a current member in good standing with ASCRS or The Cornea Society. Register now

• Cornea Physician/PhD: ASCRS Nonmember: MD, PhD, or DO who is not a current member of ASCRS. Register now

• Cornea Resident/Fellow: An MD or DO who is CURRENTLY in a residency or fellowship program. A current letter of verification from department chairperson or fellowship sponsor must accompany this registration if you are not a member. Letters, which will be verified, can be faxed along with your registration to (703) 547-8840. Register now

• Cornea Staff/Other: COA, COT, COMT, RN, administrative staff. Physicians may not register in this category. Register now

• Cornea Corporate: Manufacturers and other corporate personnel who wish to attend ASCRS Glaucoma Day 2011. NO solicitation is permitted. Register now
